This is the second German-Czech topical workshop on generation and deposition of nanoparticles using low temperature plasma that is organized in memory of Vladimir Zaporojtchenko.

The main scope of the workshop is following:
1. Growth of nanoparticles in gas aggregation cluster source.
2. Characterization of particles and particle beams
3. Deposition of nanostructured and nanocomposite films
4. Application of nanoparticles and nanostructured/nanocomposite films
The Workshop will be held at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics in Mala Strana Campus (Malostranské nám. 25, 118 00 Praha 1) in a historical (baroque) building of Computer Science just below Prague castle. The workshop will start on Friday, 23rd May, 2014 morning and finish on Saturday, 24th May, 2014 afternoon.
